I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by starting a new fitness program. There’s a lot information and theories about what to do and what not to do. The truth is, there isn’t one cookie-cutter program that works for everyone. I “Taylor” my clients’ programs to their individual needs and preferences. What really makes a fitness program the best? It helps you live and move better. You want to stick with it long term. That’s my goal as your trainer.
